On call 24/7 from 38 weeks of the pregnancy on
Early labor support via phone
Labor support: Comfort measures, Position changes, Partner support, Positive encouragement
Assist in immediate postpartum for 1-2 hours after your baby is born
One home postpartum visit: Process the birth, Check in to see if you are getting sufficient physical and emotional support
How may I serve you?
Do you like lots of physical support and touch? Do you like words of affirmation, encouragement, and maybe gentle coaching and reminders? Do you want silence? Guided meditation? Or music? Do you want me to run to the local fast-food restaurant to pick up some food for your partner? Do you want emotional support? Someone to help you release any fears so you can feel safe which will allow your body to do what it was made to do - birth a beautiful baby!
